Role: Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Leicestershire
Hours: Hybrid (3 days per week on site, 2 days working from home)
Salary: GBP43-45k + Car Allowance (GBP400p/m)

My client has been growing exponentially over the past 2 years and continues to develop throughout the country. They are currently looking for an OH Advisor in Leicestershire, experienced in case management. You will be on client sites within Leicestershire 3 days per week, and 2 days working from home.


Responsibilities:
  1. Full OH remit inclusive of case management and health surveillance.
  2. Provide assessments and screening, reporting the outcomes in line with our clients' procedures.
  3. Provide clear advice regarding health and wellbeing.
  4. Create risk assessments and report appropriately if required.
  5. Assist with providing preventative strategies.
  6. Conduct pre-placement reviews and fitness for work reports when required.

Requirements:
  1. You must hold a valid NMC Pin.
  2. For this position, you ideally will hold an Occupational Health Qualification (degree/diploma).
  3. OH Advisors with no OH qualification, but a wealth of experience, will also be considered.
  4. Previous experience within the Occupational Health sector.
