Job description

OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join a highly regarded Occupational Health Provider in a mostly remote, full-time permanent role. Based in Yorkshire, this role offers the flexibility of working from home with occasional site visits when required.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced OHA to take ownership of a varied and rewarding caseload while supporting technician-led services. You’ll be delivering a high-quality Occupational Health service that includes:

  • Pre-placement assessments

  • Case management and report writing (capped at 5 per day)

  • Overseeing and supporting OH Technicians

  • Ensuring the delivery of a consistent and professional service

Required Skills:
To be the successful Occupational Health Advisor candidate for this role, you'll have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience delivering the full Occupational Health remit

  • A solid track record in case management, health surveillance, and pre-placement assessments

  • A stable career history – we’re seeking commitment, not job-hoppers

  • A Registered Nurse (NMC) qualification

  • A proactive, confident attitude and the ability to work autonomously

  • Full UK driving licence (for occasional site visits)

Full-time preferred, but part-time may be considered for the right person.

Salary & Benefits:
In return for your expertise as the Occupational Health Advisor, you will receive:

  • £40,000–£45,000 per annum (DOE)
