Job description

OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse or Advisor to join our client and their team located in Glasgow. This will be a full-time, permanent role working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

As an Occupational Health Nurse/Advisor, your main duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Health Surveillance including audiometry, spirometry, vision screening.
  • Pre-employment Screening.
  • Case management/HR referrals for long term sick reviews and capability reviews.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Develop a best practice approach to mental health awareness & support.
  • Work with the People Team to ensure a joined-up approach to Health, Safety & Wellbeing across the business.
  • Ensure clinical Occupational Health practices undertaken are in accordance with professional standards.

Salary & Benefits:
  • Up to £45,000 Depending on Experience.

Essential Criteria:
  • NMC Registered Nurse.
  • Experience working within an Occupational Health setting with exposure to Health Surveillance including Audiometry & Spirometry.
  • Experience of Occupational Health Case Management.
  • A recognised qualification within Occupational Health is preferred but not essential.
  • Computer literate.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
