Job Description:

Principal Responsibilities:

At Latus, we have ambitious growth and strategic plans to expand our business over the next year. We are looking to grow our teams and seek like-minded, professional individuals to support our journey.

This is a varied role working as a peripatetic Occupational Health Advisor (OHA). The position is part of the occupational health team responsible for delivering comprehensive occupational health services to clients. It is primarily home-based, covering the advertised location, but requires flexibility to travel nationally for clinics and on-site appointments, with occasional overnight stays as needed.

Role & Responsibilities:

A typical day involves attending various clinics or on-site appointments as scheduled by our Occupational Health team.

The role includes the full scope of occupational health services such as:

  • Remote case management
  • Fit to work medicals
  • Health promotion
  • Training services

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Current Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
  • Occupational health qualification (preferably recorded on part 3 of the Nursing and Midwifery Council register, but not essential)
  • HAVs Tier 3 qualified or willing to undertake training for this qualification
  • Confident working independently with a proactive, can-do attitude and resilience
  • Good communication skills at all levels
  • Motivated in challenging environments
  • Computer literate with good keyboard skills

Continued Training & Professional Development:

  • Maintain evidence of ongoing personal development
  • Attend relevant internal and external training
  • Discuss development needs with Line Manager
  • Willing to pursue further qualifications as necessary
