Salary: Competitive

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time hours available

Location: Porthmadog (Remote working options if full-time)

Essential Requirements
  1. Must be a registered nurse with an NMC pin.
  2. Occupational Health degree or Diploma is desirable but not essential.
  3. Occupational Health experience within similar role.
  4. Health Surveillance skills and knowledge (Audio, Spirometry, HAVs etc.).
  5. Ability to travel to Porthmadog.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Carry out necessary medical health surveillance/screening for employees for the client site.
  2. Supporting management referral and writing quality reports.
  3. Triaging on the business portal.
  4. Ensure client records are kept up to date.
  5. Carry out risk assessments and provide workplace ergonomics, occupational hygiene and safety for the client.
  6. Support with health promotion and advise HR, Health and Safety managers and line managers on fitness, return to work/rehabilitation needs.
  7. Support the clearance of new starter questionnaires.
  8. Support line manager in compliance checks and audit.
  9. Ensure compliance with relevant professional guidelines e.g. NMC Code of Conduct.
