HCA Healthcare UK is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor (qualified nurse) to join our team in a hybrid/remote role. You will perform OH assessments and mental health evaluations, advising on workplace adjustments and supporting OH inductions and case management within a corporate setting.

Ideal candidates will have OH experience, NMC registration, and strong communication skills, with a proactive attitude and a passion for building relationships.

Responsabilités

• Carry out occupational health assessments and mental health evaluations/stress risk assessments related to work environment.
• Provide advice on workplace adjustments for employees/clients.
• Devise and support occupational health initiatives and employment law considerations.
• Support on OH inductions and 1:1 work to improve HR referrals and case outcomes.
• Contribute to a corporate setting and distance case management team.

This is a really interesting and exciting role working for corporate clients within the distance case management team The ideal days would be Wednesday to Friday As an Occupational Health Advisor you'll be responsible for carrying out occupational health assessments and mental health evaluation/stress risk assessments of individuals in relation to their work environment.
