Who we are

Join RPS Occupational Health, a dynamic workplace that prioritises employee support and development. Our team fosters a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration, with shared goals for individual and company success.

We emphasise quality over quantity, limiting case management assessments to six per day for manageable workloads and superior service, boosting staff morale and retaining our staff for the long term. With extensive induction, ongoing training, and peer support, our staff excel as trusted experts, empowered to make decisions autonomously.

Enjoy excellent reward packages, a diverse and inclusive culture, and ample opportunities for career advancement within our organisation, including internal promotions where possible. Experience flexible working arrangements and a supportive community culture, while tackling a variety of work with nationwide clients. Join our team of Occupational Health professionals and discover why we're the top choice in our field.

We’re RPS; our projects are all around you. We define, design, and manage projects that create shared value in a complex, urbanising, and resource-scarce world. Our people are our success. What you’ll be doing

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will ensure the delivery of class-leading service for the supply of case management, health surveillance, health screening, and health promotion to clients. This work is delivered at client sites, RPS sites, or from mobile screening units.

  • Be the face of ‘quality service’ for RPS Group and be responsible for the advice given and service perception of the employee and organisation.
  • Support RPS business development and support growth by identifying and winning new clients.
  • Responsible for the provision of proactive Occupational Health to client companies and to coordinate defined OH activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and to prevent adverse health effects arising from workplace activities through the application of specialist skills and knowledge standards.

Who we’re looking for

  • RGN qualified, ideally holding a post-registration qualification in OH.
  • Experienced in all aspects of OH service delivery including health service delivery, case management, health surveillance, and screening procedures.
  • Willing to undertake personal CPD to maintain your NMC registration.
  • High degree of self-motivation and management.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Proficient IT skills including MS Office suite.
  • Strong team player and able to lead by example.
  • Full UK driving licence and able to travel with some overnight stays.

We respect one another and recognise the potential and contribution of everyone. You’ll be joining a diverse community and a company that puts its people first and prioritises their wellbeing.
