Occupational Health Advisor – Perth/Fife/Stirling/Tayside/Homebased

About the role:
To provide high quality occupational health adviser service to client's employees and managers: conducting case management, screening and clinical requirements for the business.
Hybrid working - mix of onsite clinics and homeworking to be discussed
Good experience of full OH remit including case management, health surveillance, and health promotion and wellbeing initiatives.
Mixed clinics – medicals and management referrals. New starter employments screens, Safety Critical medicals, telephone assessments, face to face clinics. Supporting Clinical Lead in delivery of all OH services as well as wellbeing initiatives collaboratively with client. Working as part of a dedicated resource alongside OHNs, OHPs, physios and admin team.
Ideally the candidate will have Occupational Health Advisor case management experience.
The role will include face to face work and telephone work.
May also suit a candidate with additional Health Surveillance experience for a varied role.
Case management - 7 cases per day either remote or face to face.
If Health Surveillance experience face to face clinic based work
Excellent role for an experienced OHA to work within a friendly team , lots of support provided to support the onboarding process. Opportunity to have a varied role if skillset supports this..
