A leading company in Occupational Health is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to join their team in Oxford. The ideal candidate will provide clinical services, ensuring best practices while supporting a healthier workplace for clients. With a focus on fitness-for-work assessments and health surveillance, you will play a vital role in various occupational health initiatives. As an Occupational Health Advisor at our client, you’ll play a key role in supporting their clients to create healthier, safer working environments for their people.
You’ll deliver a full range of clinical services, including case management, fitness-for-work assessments, health surveillance, vaccinations and phlebotomy. You’ll be confident providing clear, practical guidance that supports both employers and employees, drawing on your professional judgement and up-to-date clinical knowledge.
You’ll work both independently and as part of a wider multidisciplinary team, providing practical, evidence-based advice to help reduce absence, support return-to-work plans, and promote a healthy working environment.
