Occupational Health Nurse Advisor – In-House

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Greys Specialist Recruitment is working with a national industry leader that is expanding its Occupational Health team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor looking for a stable, in-house role within a supportive and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct management referrals and provide expert advice on employee health
  2. Carry out fitness-to-work assessments and health surveillance
  3. Promote health & wellbeing initiatives within the workplace
  4. Act as a key contact for all occupational health matters
  5. Work closely with managers, employees, and other departments to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration
  2. Occupational Health qualification (e.g., Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health)
  3. Strong experience in Occupational Health nursing
  4. Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach
