Optima Health seeks an experienced Occupational Health Advisor for a prestigious Macclesfield pharmaceutical contract. The role involves 3 days onsite at the client office and 2 remote days, with duties including case management, health surveillance and pre-employment screenings.
You will advise on physical and mental health, deliver high-quality occupational health services, and benefit from a strong development program and professional training support.

Hours: Full time or Part time - Part time would be 4 days per week, 3 days on site

This role will be working on a prestigious pharmaceutical contract in Macclesfield, It will involve 3 days onsite at the client office Macclesfield undertaking case management (face to face and remote) and health surveillance/fitness to work and as such training and recent experience in this will be essential. The other 2 days will be remote cases management for a variety of clients.
This will be a varied role which will involve undertaking workplace assessments and reporting on potential risks to health. You will undertake health surveillance, pre-employment, and fitness for work screenings where appropriate. You will also advise employees on both physical and mental health problems, all the while maintaining the highest standards of occupational healthcare.
