Job Title: Occupational Health Advisor

First Military Recruitment is partnering with our client to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor for their team in Horsham on a permanent basis.

We are seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to work with a key client based in Horsham. The role involves working four days a week remotely, with Wednesdays on-site. Responsibilities include case management, health surveillance, and supporting Occupational Health Physicians with firefighter medicals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert assessments and solutions to support employee health and wellbeing using your clinical skills.
• Manage cases both over the phone and in person, producing high-quality management advice reports.
• Collaborate with the team to support employee health needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified or Registered Nurse, with a diploma or degree in Occupational Health preferred.
• RMN qualification is desirable.
• Experience in a commercial occupational health setting, especially with case management and health surveillance.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation.
• Postgraduate qualification and Part 3 registration are advantageous.
• Registration with NMC Part 1.
