Job summary

Premier Foods is seeking a proactive Occupational Health Advisor to lead our on-site health and wellbeing service in Stoke. You will work with HR and Operations to protect employee health, shape wellbeing initiatives and positively influence our culture.

You will head the OH team on site, deliver screenings and return-to-work assessments, advise on fitness for work, and support rehabilitation and absence management while tracking health trends and campaigns across the site.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with Occupational Health experience.
• Strong clinical skills and first aid knowledge.
• Experience in health promotion and assessments.
• Confident in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site Occupational Health service and team.
• Deliver health screening, surveillance, and return-to-work assessments.

Hours: 24 hours per week (3 days to be based on site in Stoke)

Salary:Circa £30,040 per annum (pro-rated from £50,066 FTE)
