We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our in-house client on a full-time, permanent basis. Established for over 60 years and employing more than 1,600 people nationwide, this organisation offers a supportive, award-winning working environment.

Duties:

• Manage 4–5 management referrals per day.

• Conduct pre-employment health assessments, health surveillance, and fitness for work assessments.

• Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on occupational health issues.

• Develop and implement health and wellbeing initiatives.

• Deliver health promotion activities.

Criteria:

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health Nursing.

• Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor.

• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel for meetings.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and remotely.
