Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare provider for an Occupational Health Administrator based in Devonport, Plymouth, on a permanent part time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with a passion for supporting health and wellbeing in the workplace. You’ll be the first point of contact for on-site occupational health services, providing reception and administrative support to a dedicated clinical team.

Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Health Administrator role:

  • Deliver a professional front-of-house service and respond to client queries via phone and email
  • Manage clinical staff diaries and appointments using a bespoke medical booking system
  • Support day-to-day operations with stock management and general admin tasks
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with GDPR

To be considered for theOccupational Health Administrator role:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist/administrator role, ideally within a healthcare setting
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office and healthcare systems
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
