Job description

Fixed term / secondment to 31/03/2027

The Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service provides comprehensive occupational health services to NHS and non-NHS clients across Highland, including independent contractors (GPs, GDPs, community pharmacists), and private contracts.

You will offer administrative and secretarial support to the occupational health team and clients/visitors. Main duties include typing with Winscribe digital dictation, answering calls, and booking appointments. Proficiency in Winscribe and Microsoft Word is essential.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, aligned with service needs.

This role does not qualify for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland cannot provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
