Fixed term / secondment to 31/03/2027

The Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service provides a comprehensive Occupational Health Service to both NHS and non NHS clients throughout the Highland region, including Independent Contractors (GPs, GDPs, and Community Pharmacists), and various private contracts.

You will provide administrative and secretarial services to the occupational health service and any clients/visitors of the service. Main duties include typing utilizing the Winscribe digital dictation service, answering the telephone, and booking appointments. Proficiency in Winscribe and experience with Microsoft Word are required.

Hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, aligned with the needs of the Service.

This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland cannot provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
