OBC are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Contract Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Procurement of subcontractors, ensuring supply chain documentation is obtained and compliant
  • Communicate and coordinate information with Client Design teams, OBC Site Managers and subcontractors
  • Attendance at project progress meetings
  • Update project programs
  • Monitor project progress
  • Monthly project measurements and claims
  • Assistance in tender submissions
  • Other ad-hoc project administration duties


Requirements:
  • Good practical knowledge of quantity surveying procedures and understanding of standard measurement rules
  • Previous experience in similar roles
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with construction industry practices and terminology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent IT skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with others
