Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Plymouth - Obstetrics, Gynecology & Midwifery is a hospital-employed model with an established OB/Midwifery group. We are seeking a Full-Time OB/GYN physician. Our team includes five doctors, eight midwives, four nurse practitioners, and one physician assistant, serving communities throughout the South Shore and Cape Cod.

Our program has an excellent reputation, with obstetric volume doubling over the past decade. Last year, we performed approximately 900 deliveries, and our program continues to grow. We operate out of three state-of-the-art offices located in Plymouth, Duxbury, and Forestdale, MA.

All deliveries and surgeries are performed at BID Plymouth Hospital, a 170-bed non-profit acute care facility. Anesthesia provides 24-hour in-house coverage, and neonatology offers 24-hour coverage of births and maintains a level 1B nursery. MFM specialists provide consultation services day and night and are available weekly in Plymouth. GYN oncology services are available bi-monthly for outpatient consultations. MIGS/Urogyn services are available at all times.

Physicians take call 1:6, with experienced midwives handling first calls, including triage in both the Labor and Delivery unit and the office.
