Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Strategy and Transformation consultant to help clients innovate and develop strategies, services, and products. You will design new operating models, align demand planning with supply chain execution, and drive cash flow improvements across Order-to-Cash and related processes.

You will lead transformation programmes from strategy to design and implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams and coaching junior members, in a flexible, hybrid UK environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end O2C transformations.
• Experience designing technology-enabled operating models across process, org, data and tech.
• Ability to lead workstreams with scope, quality, time and commercial objectives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across business and IT; influence senior client teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end O2C transformation workstreams.
• Support clients in integrating O2C with supply chain planning and execution.
• Address challenges across order capture, validation, ATP/CTP, fulfilment, billing, disputes, collections.
• Deliver improvements in OTIF, order cycle time, DSO and working capital.
