Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Strategy and Transformation consultant to help clients innovate and develop new strategies, services and products.

You will design and implement new business and operating models and bring to life the organizations of the future, with a focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformations for global consumer products, retail, manufacturing and automotive organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering transformation projects using consultancy approaches.
• Ability to design technology-enabled operating models across process, organisation, data and technology.
• Strong leadership to run workstreams and deliver against scope, time and value.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end O2C transformation workstreams.
• Integrate O2C with supply chain planning and execution.
• Address order capture, validation, ATP/CTP, fulfilment and billing challenges.
• Deliver improvements in OTIF, DSO, and working capital.
• Support the full transformation lifecycle from strategy to implementation.
