Job summary

Investigo is seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and contract activity across critical energy and infrastructure assets in the UK. You will own end-to-end Source-to-Contract processes, shape supplier strategy, and drive commercial value while ensuring operational continuity across sites.

Based in London with hybrid working 2-3 days in the office, you will manage a procurement program, develop pipelines, run tenders and lead a small team,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end procurement and sourcing.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Leadership of small procurement teams and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy and sourcing for O&M spend categories.
• Build and manage procurement pipelines, annual plans, and savings initiatives.
• Deliver tenders, negotiations, and contract awards.
• Partner with operations, engineering, finance, legal and HSE stakeholders.
• Drive supplier performance, risk management and commercial value.
• Lead and develop a small procurement team.
• Support UK energy infrastructure assets including power generation.
