Role: Solar Field Service Engineer
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + package
Location: Crewe or Plymouth

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team of one of the largest and fastest-growing solar energy developers globally.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out both preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical components, including inverters and solar modules.
  • Deliver electrical maintenance services across a regional portfolio of solar farms.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with local subcontractors.
  • Consistently follow HSE procedures and contribute to ongoing risk assessments.


What We're Looking For:

  • Electrically competent, with hands-on experience.
  • Ideally holds a recognised qualification such as City & Guilds 2382-18 (18th Edition).
  • Previous experience with industrial PV installation or maintenance is highly desirable.
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
