A leading company specializing in renewable energy seeks an O&M Field Manager in London. The role involves overseeing contractor management, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and facilitating operations for a pioneering battery energy storage system platform, all while contributing to the growth of renewable energy solutions.

Purpose for the role:
The O&M Field Manager will serve as the key interface between Masdar Asset Management, Masdar HSQE, the Masdar Control Room, and our O&M Contractors. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Masdar’s BESS platform. Masdar’s BESS platform is set have its first site go operational by Q3 2025. Initially the scheduled/reactive maintenance of the battery will be outsourced with a view to eventually build that resource in-house.
