Firm Overview:

Bay Immigration Law is an immigration law firm serving clients across the United States and worldwide. We primarily work with scale-up companies and multinational enterprises to bring key employees from abroad, transfer executives, and onboard new hires. Our goal is to act as an extension of HR and Legal teams, leading immigration strategy and execution. While specializing in business immigration, we also handle family-based immigration.

We are a small, dedicated team that values hard work, a self-starter attitude, and hustle. We offer a great work-life balance and a collaborative environment, contrasting with the high-volume models of large corporate firms. We work with innovative startup and scaleup founders/executives and pride ourselves on our client-centric approach. We are not a body shop or case assembly line but a close-knit team committed to providing top-tier advice and optimal immigration strategies to ensure clients can live and work in the U.S. hassle-free.
