As an artistry brand, we look for a passion for make-up and a high level of ability, but a qualification, although desirable, is not mandatory for this position.

You’ll have the opportunity to attend NYX Professional Make-Up training and education, as well as benefit from L’Oréal learning opportunities to develop within your role, opening career paths such as becoming a Make-Up Artist, Counter Manager, or even a Business or Area Manager in the future.

To provide exceptional service to NYX Professional Make-Up customers and achieve sales targets

To be successful…

• Ability to work flexibly during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (except Christmas Day).
• Desire to learn fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques to provide the best results for clients.
• Generate sales to meet targets by applying brand selling methods, product knowledge, and following basic service flow.
• Comfortable to engage with customers directly to share NYX Professional Make-Up beauty products.
• Ability to use POS software and other digital systems required for counter operations.
• Maintain counter/store quality and merchandising, including appearance and cleanliness, following guidelines and ensuring product availability.
• Develop positive relationships with department store managers and head office.
• Be a brand ambassador through attitude, eventing, and grooming.
• Convey passion and master storytelling skills.
• Connect with clients, provide solutions, and engage in after-sales/clienteling.
