As an artistry brand, we look for a passion for make-up and a high level of ability but a qualification, although desirable, is not mandatory for this position.

You'll have the opportunity to attend NYX Professional Make-Up training and education as well as benefit from L'Oréal learning opportunities so you can develop yourself within your role, opening up career paths such as becoming a Make-Up Artist, Counter Manager and even a Business or Area Manager in the future.

To provide exceptional service to NYX Professional Make-Up customers and achieve sales targets.

To be successful...

1. Ability to work flexibly during retail hours, which is likely to include evenings, weekends and holidays (except Christmas day).
2. Desire to learn fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques to provide the best results for clients.
3. Generate sales to achieve sales targets by applying brand selling methods, product knowledge, and following basic service flow.
4. Comfortable to traffic stop when relevant, to share NYX Professional Make-Up beauty with more people.
5. Ability to use POS software and other digital systems required to successfully run the counter.
6. Maintain the counter/store quality and merchandising including appearance and cleanliness of counter/store, follow merchandising guidelines and ensure on-shelf product availability.
7. Develop positive relationships with department store floor managers and head office.
8. Be a brand ambassador with your attitude, grooming, and eventing.
9. Convey passion and master storytelling.
10. Connect with our clients and care, providing good solutions and after sales/clienteling.
