Yunex Traffic seeks an experienced NVQ Assessor to support delivery and assessment of engineering-based vocational qualifications within the highways electrical sector across the UK. You will assess learners in traffic signal systems, electrical infrastructure, and EV charging installations, conducting workplace assessments and ensuring awarding body compliance.

Ideal candidates have engineering experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Relevant occupational competence within an engineering or electrical discipline.
• Significant industry experience in a relevant engineering environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK, including overnight stays.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments for learners undertaking engineering and work-based NVQ qualifications.
• Carry out workplace observations and assessments at employer sites throughout the UK.
• Review learner portfolios and evidence against qualification standards.
• Provide timely feedback, coaching and guidance to learners.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain achievement targets.
• Ensure all assessment activities comply with awarding organisation requirements.
