Job summary

Queen's University Belfast's Co-Centre for Sustainable Food Systems is seeking a Research Co-ordinator to lead and coordinate a longitudinal household study and an intervention trial across ROI, NI and GB.

You will work with post-doctoral researchers and research assistants to deliver activities, identify policy relevance and develop a research funding strategy, drafting and coordinating bids with national and international partners.

Qualifications

• PhD in nutrition or related discipline.
• Significant post-doctoral experience with intervention trials.
• Strong publications track record for career stage.
• Experience in project management and multi-disciplinary research teams.
• Experience coordinating funding submissions through national/international agencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver longitudinal and intervention studies across ROI, NI and GB.
• Coordinate research activities with post‑docs and research assistants.
• Develop and manage a research funding strategy; draft and coordinate national/international bids.
• Engage with national and international networks to build consortia and partnerships.
