Job Summary: Responsible for a variety of kitchen duties which may include assembling prepared food for trays, delivery of trays to units, returning trays to clean up area, salad bar preparation, and cleaning and sanitation of all kitchen areas and equipment.
Requirements: High school diploma and training or experience in food service preferred, but not required.
