Woodmancote School seeks a caring Playworker / Midday Supervisor to join our team in Cheltenham. This part-time, permanent role supports the Before and After School Club and supervises pupils at lunchtime, helping to create a safe, enjoyable environment.

The successful candidate will bring experience with children, a nurturing approach, good communication and teamwork skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and health and safety responsibilities. Training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children and caring, nurturing approach.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
• Awareness of basic health and safety requirements in school settings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with pupils and colleagues.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children and act as a role model.

Responsabilités

• Support the Before and After School Club and supervise lunchtime pupils.
• Create a safe, enjoyable and stimulating environment for play and learning.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team; engage with children with enthusiasm.
