Job summary

Early Years Academy is recruiting a dedicated Nursery Practitioner for a nursery in Edenbridge, Kent. You will provide high-quality care and learning experiences for babies, toddlers and preschoolers, while building strong relationships with families and safeguarding children.

This role offers the opportunity to develop skills in planning, observations and assessments within the EYFS framework, contributing to a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Recognised childcare or Early Years qualification relevant to the role.
• Experience in nursery, preschool or Early Years setting.
• Solid understanding of EYFS framework.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
• Ability to deliver safe, nurturing care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and early education for babies, toddlers and preschoolers.
• Support learning and development in line with EYFS.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities.
• Maintain accurate observations and records of progress.
