Job summary

Teach Now in Harrow is inviting a qualified Nursery Nurse (Level 3 Practitioner) to join our warm Early Years setting. You will work with an EYFS team to deliver an inspiring curriculum, support children's development, and help create a safe, inclusive environment where curiosity thrives.

The successful candidate will have Level 3 Childcare/EY qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, SEN experience, and a patient, collaborative approach. Ongoing professional development and a supportive team await.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Experience in nursery or reception; SEN experience preferred.
• Patient, caring, proactive, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging EYFS learning experiences.
• Provide individual and small-group support, especially for children with SEN.
• Contribute to planning, observations, and assessments to track children’s progress.
• Create an inviting, well-organised classroom that encourages play-based learning.
• Foster strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
