Students have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), with many also having additional Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) such as Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties.

As a Nurture Teacher in Milton Keynes, you will play a pivotal role in helping students develop emotionally and socially, providing tailored teaching and support in a small, nurturing setting. This role prioritises knowing the child, building positive relationships, and motivating students. Nurture Teachers inspire learning through engaging, relevant lessons while supporting students in building self-esteem, confidence, and essential life skills.
Students require dedicated teachers who can manage complex behaviours with consistency, flexibility, and a non-judgmental approach. The school values teacher input in shaping its direction, curriculum, and extracurricular activities.
