Job summary

Spire Hartswood Hospital is seeking a full-time Nursing Team Lead in the outpatient department. The post holder deputises for and leads a mixed team of clinical and non-clinical staff, setting standards for patient care, safety and service.

The role requires prior team leadership experience, current NMC registration with no practice restrictions, and a commitment to infection control and development within hospital policies.
