Job Summary:

The Supervisor is primarily responsible for managing the hospital while serving as an administrative/clinical resource for all Nursing personnel. The position has the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the administration of the entire hospital during evening and morning shifts, weekends, and holidays. The incumbent is responsible for the supervision, coordination, and evaluation of all nursing activities according to hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of five years of job-related experience or equivalent
  • RI State Licensure
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience
