The role will involve driving strategic initiatives, leading on quality improvement, and ensuring excellence in clinical governance while supporting the development of nursing staff across the organisation.

Qualificações

• Experience in senior nursing leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance and patient safety.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional leadership and strategic input across the Trust.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and improve patient care and experience.
• Oversee robust clinical governance and assurance for patient care.
• Lead on strategic Trust-wide programmes and report to the Board.
• Deputise for the Chief Nurse as required and develop nursing staff across the organisation.
