Responsibilities

• Undergo full training by supervising staff as part of the apprenticeship.
• Gain practical health care support skills and learn on the job.
• Work towards the Level 2 Health Care Assistant qualification within 2 years.
• Engage with a structured development pathway within NHS North Wales.
