Job summary

Willow Court, part of Hollybank Trust on the Mirfield campus, is a nursing-led home supporting adults with complex health needs. We are seeking Day and Night Support Workers to join a dedicated, multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

You will work across day or night shifts, building meaningful relationships, supporting daily routines, and enabling residents to live fulfilling lives. DBS checks are required; we pay the initial DBS cost.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care or healthcare is highly desirable.
• Ability to work with adults with complex health needs.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a care role.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to adults with complex disabilities and health needs.
• Support daily routines and personal care with compassion and empathy.
• Assist with activities, hobbies and community experiences.
• Support individuals with communication and wellbeing needs.
• Work closely with nurses and wider healthcare professionals.
• Help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging home environment.
• Ensure compassionate, dignified support tailored to each resident’s needs.
