Registered Nurse / Nursing Home Nurse – Southampton
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Salary: £20.50 – £24.00 per hour + paid breaks + enhancements
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time | Days or Nights
Sector: Elderly Nursing Care / Dementia Care / General Nursing

Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join a well-regarded nursing home in Southampton. This home delivers exceptional standards of care to elderly residents, including those living with dementia and complex health needs. As a key member of the clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care and ensuring the wellbeing of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with best practice and clinical standards

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans

Work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Support the wider care team with leadership, training, and guidance

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safeguarding and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) – active PIN required

Excellent clinical knowledge and understanding of elderly care needs

Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills

A caring and empathetic nature with a passion for improving lives
