Job summary

Care Concern Group is seeking an experienced Home Manager for our Hornchurch nursing home in Essex. You will lead clinical governance, drive occupancy, and ensure high-quality nursing, residential and dementia care for up to 55 residents.

As an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN), you will deliver outstanding care while maintaining strong operational and financial performance, managing budgets and staffing costs, and fostering a positive, compliant culture across the home.

Qualifications

• Must be an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and governance.
• Experience managing a nursing home and achieving targets.
• Proven leadership with ability to develop and retain teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across all areas of the home.
• Ensure the highest standards of nursing, residential and dementia care.
• Sustain full occupancy and maximise revenue opportunities.
