Permanent | Full Time | 40 hours per week
£65,000 + Bonus + Private Healthcare
£85k OTE

About the Nursing Home Manager Role:
As the care home manager/ nursing home manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operations of the home. Your role will involve:

Managing CQC compliance and regulatory requirements

Maintaining excellent occupancy and financial performance

Liaising with external professionals, local authorities, and families

Becoming registered with the CQC as the registered care home manager

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a high-calibre care home manager who brings:

Proven experience as a nursing home manager or care home manager in a regulated care setting

A valid management qualification (LMCS, RMA, or NVQ5)

Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of CQC standards / ideally nurse qualified
