Nursing Home Manager - Kirkby In Ashfield

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to work in our clients nursing home.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all members of staff including liaising with outside agencies.
2. Implement training/induction programmes for all Care Staff.
3. Ensure the highest level of care is delivered throughout the Home.
4. Quality management and audits with the clinical and monetary departments of the Home.
5. Improve the quality rating from CQC.
6. Follow up enquiries on private beds both dementia and nursing.

Minimum Requirements:

1. RGN qualification with experience of working with elderly care within a nursing home setting.
2. Must have experience at managerial level within a nursing home.
3. Excellent clinical skills and supervisory experience.
4. Ability to lead and motivate other staff members.
5. Excellent communication, marketing, and business skills.
6. Clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards.
7. Deputy Managers will be considered for this role.
