Salary: £55K - 60K OTE

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead our team in Bradford. The ideal candidate will be Nurse qualified with a strong background in managing nursing homes. Candidates currently serving as Deputy Managers looking to step up are encouraged to apply. The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to maintaining our good CQC rating, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the nursing home
2. Ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance
3. Lead, manage, and support the nursing and care staff
4. Develop and implement policies and procedures
5. Maintain and improve our good CQC rating
6. Liaise with residents, families, and external agencies

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Nurse qualified (Registered Nurse)
2. Proven experience in nursing home management
3. Strong leadership and management skills
4. Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and standards
5. Ability to maintain high levels of care and compliance
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
