Care Home Manager

Location: Stourport-on-Severn

Salary: Up to £52,000 plus bonus

Are you an experienced home manager looking to join a GOOD rated home run by a leading charitable organisation? Would you like to join a long-standing care team & a provider who supports you?

I am recruiting for a home manager for a fantastic home, rated outstanding in one area, in the Stourport-on-Severn area for one of my favourite providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of a medium-sized, good-rated residential home.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain excellent knowledge of regulations.
  • Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality care to residents.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in care standards.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Manager.
  • Currently managing a GOOD or OUTSTANDING care home with marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated passion for care and commitment to enhancing resident wellbeing; a strong leader who is happy to adapt to changes.
  • Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
