Job Overview:
Our client is selecting for a Home Manager to work in one of their state of the art nursing homes in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

Qualifications:
RGN or RMN Qualified.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the nursing home effectively with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
2. Ensure compliance with regulatory responsibilities.
3. Demonstrate strong organisational and managerial skills.

Requirements:
We are looking for a high calibre Home Manager with a minimum of two years of nursing home management experience and a passion for delivering the highest quality of care to the residents.

Benefits:
In return, we offer excellent support, supervision, and a remuneration package with a salary of £65,000 pa plus a substantial Performance Related Pay Scheme.
