Nursing Home Manager

Location: Hetton le Hole area

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: £56,000 plus bonus

Are you an experienced home manager looking to join a GOOD rated home ran by a leading charitable organisation? Would you like to join a long standing care team & a provider who supports you?

I am recruiting for a home manager for a fantastic home in the Hetton le hole area for one of my favourite providers.

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of a medium-sized, good-rated nursing home.- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain excellent knowledge of regulations.- Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality care to residents.- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in care standards.- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Manager.- Valid nursing pin.- Demonstrated passion for care and commitment to enhancing resident wellbeing.- Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
