• Approximately 60 beds
• Owned by a leading UK care provider with support at every level
• Rated 3s & 4s in CI
• Cares for the elderly, including those with dementia and mental health issues

Role responsibilities

The Care Home Manager will have 24/7 responsibility for all aspects of resident and staff care, managing HR issues, training, supervisions, and ensuring continued success of CQC ratings and occupancy rates, supported by a senior management team.

Candidate requirements

• Nurse qualified OR experienced in managing a nursing home
• At least 2 years' experience as a Home Manager
• Track record of achieving good CI grades
• Strong knowledge of CI & private markets
• Personable with excellent communication skills and a passion for care
• Proven ability to improve occupancy and manage people effectively
