Location: Tiverton, Devon

Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in your leadership career? We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established, fairly large nursing home in Tiverton, part of a reputable and supportive care group.

About the Role:

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations. You’ll be supported by a strong team including two Deputy Managers and a proactive senior management team.

What We’re Looking For:

Registered Nurse (NMC Pin essential)
Proven experience managing a nursing home
• Passion for elderly care and promoting dignity, respect, and wellbeing
• Strong leadership and people skills – someone who can inspire and lead by example
• A positive, proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Good working knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (desirable, or willingness to work towards)
