What We’re Looking For:

1. Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN and JCC Registration
2. Previous experience in a senior nursing or deputy manager role
3. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
4. A compassionate and proactive approach to care
5. Knowledge of JCC regulations and clinical governance
